ALL Positions Require:
- Willing to work 6 days/week at job sites around Mat-Su Valley
- Reliable transportation

- Work well with others
- Bend, kneel, lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights of 20’-30’ regularly
Lead:
- Minimum 4 years of experience painting residential/commercial jobs
- Able to talk to customers about job steps and products
- Schedule jobs for the week
- Supervise 2-4 employees
- Teach team the proper and efficient way to do things
Painter:
- Minimum 1 year of experience painting residential/commercial jobs
- Spraying experience
- Masking experience
- Teach team the proper and efficient way to do things
Painter Helper:
- No painting experience required
- Quick learner
