I got to know Tim and his sons while doing subcontract work for various builders in the early nineties. Since becoming employed with Steppers Construction I have worked with Smith & Sons Painting on a large number of our residential and commercial projects beginning in the mid nineties. Tim and Casey always strive to complete their work on schedule and in a professional manner. Whether providing remodel, repaint or new work they have completed our projects with the attention to detail that makes our customers satisfied.
Tim Smith knew our home before we did. He had been taking care of the exterior of our 1985 vintage log home practically since it was constructed. I found them on Angie’s List to get an estimate for three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dinning room. They set up an appointment to look over what I wanted done and sent me a quote that day. They came out a couple days later and did a great job and everything looks great. The estimate was for $3,579.00 and that’s what they billed me. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting. They will be back in the summer to paint the exterior of my house.

Smith and Sons Painting have completed two painting jobs for us and are the best we have engaged. Each time the prices were reasonable and the workmanship high quality. Tim and Casey worked around our schedule. They were neat, personable, responsible and thorough in meeting our needs.
I have had Tim and his crew paint two of my homes over the years. And most recently had him come stain our fence and deck. I have always been able to point out there work to visitors and have received nothing but amazing responses from people who see the quality and care that they put into everything that they do. Whenever someone brings up the need for a painter, the only person I recommend is Smith and Sons.
These guys made themselves available on very short notice when we weren’t going to be able to get our walls painted in time before carpet was installed. They came in and were so efficient, and just one day our vaulted foyer and almost our entire upstairs was completed! Life. Saver. Very courteous and patient while explaining what we needed.
Tim and Casey were doing some work up the street. The Folk there were very happy with the work, and it looked good to us. We had been postponing our project and needed to get it done. They gave us a bid and a start date and they were true to their word…I wish we had another project to do, because we really enjoyed there company too!

It is a beautiful and meticulous painting job. It looks like a new home inside. They were speedy and clean and not one drop of paint anywhere. They were very mindful of our art and other items we displayed.

Worked with Casey getting my garage main and side door painted……Wow he did an amazing job, and left no mess at all. He was extremely helpful in answering any and all of the questions I had and his customer service was second to non. I will absolutely use this company on my next paint project.

Smith and sons have always done an excellent job for me. They spent an extra day washing my house by hand because the power wash did not do a good job. They then oiled the house and have also stained my deck. I would highly recommend them!

The Smiths were one of three companies contacted. They exhibited strong professionalism and prompt attention; although not the least expensive of the group, they provided the strongest customer service. Their attention to detail is good, and places where different colors meet show clear lines with little or no drips, runs or smudges. They produced high quality workmanship and the application of paint to the exterior of my house went well with no observed faults in the paint. I will use their service again as the need arises.
Tim and Casey Smith are a great team! Our granddaughters bedroom was fit into their schedule in a timely manner. I’ve owned my house since 2010 and the interior was ready for a refresh. Not knowing many painting contractors and asked around for recommendations which wasn’t much help. We contracted Tim and Casey to paint interior sheetrock damage repair due to the 11/30/2018 earthquake. Their attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive as was the finished product. We are on their schedule to have the exterior of our house painted this summer. We highly recommend them.

Casey and Tim did some interior work for us, painting drywall repairs that were made necessary as a result of the November 2018 earthquake. This is a review for a full paint we hired Smith and Sons to do on our nearly 40 yr old rehab we are doing. There isn’t anything I can write in this review to express how far above and beyond they went on our home. They fully pressure washed, scraped, sanded, caulked, and painted our house. It came out amazing and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs their house repainted.
I have lived all over the US and had painting done by professionals but these guys beat them all with superior quality work, customer service, and they go above and beyond. BEST job EVER, so good I hired them again for another project👍👍👍🥰
About ten years or so ago Smith and Sons Painting come and did a project for us. The Smiths do a great job, and take the extra time to do it right… I was a painter in my younger days, so when I tell you Smiths do a great job, I am speaking from experience. I have no plans to ever pick up a brush or a roller again:)!!!!!
