Project Expectations

Q: What happens after I accept your estimate?  

A: Typically a customer would be placed on the bottom of the list, unless the project can fill a gap in our schedule.  We usually contact customers when the start date is a week out to discuss any final details, questions or concerns.

Q: Can I make changes to the project details?

A: Yes, we are very flexible and want 100% satisfaction when the project is completed.  We ask that customers choose colors as soon as possible.

Q: Exterior Painting- Do I need to do anything to get ready for painting?

A: We ask that belongings be moved away from areas we will be painting, windows should be closed when we are scheduled to pressure wash, and we do appreciate you picking up the ‘dog doo’… nothing is worse than tracking that up your ladder.

Q: Interior Painting- Do I need to do anything to get ready for painting?

A: We ask that furniture is moved to the middle of the room and that belongings be removed from the walls in areas we will be painting.  Please do not fill any holes in the wall, unless otherwise discussed, this often creates more work for us upon arrival.
